By accessing, registering on, or using any portion of the 99piso platform available at 99piso.net (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, and policies published by 99piso from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those modifications.

2.1 Age Requirement. Use of the 99piso Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 99piso reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 99piso makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.
2.3 KYC Verification. As required by applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) legislation and PAGCOR licensing conditions, all registered users must complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or "KYC") before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine National ID (PhilSys), UMID, Driver's License, Passport, or SSS/GSIS ID. 99piso reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual User is permitted to maintain only one active 99piso account. Creating, operating, or attempting to operate duplicate or multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in:
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify 99piso immediately via our 24/7 Live Chat if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 99piso shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.1 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
3.2 You must not use the Platform if you have previously been self-excluded from 99piso or if you are subject to any PAGCOR-mandated exclusion order.
3.3 You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that contravenes Philippine law.
3.4 You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account credentials, whether or not you authorized such activity.
4.1 Accepted Methods. 99piso accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at 99piso's sole discretion with notice published on the Platform.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. 99piso reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 99piso wallet on an instant basis under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are credited within the processing window applicable to the relevant Philippine banking institution, typically 5–30 minutes during standard banking hours. 99piso is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Currency. All account balances, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 99piso does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
4.5 Declined Transactions. 99piso reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit transaction where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, AML violations, or breach of these Terms.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted after successful completion of KYC verification. 99piso does not process withdrawals for unverified accounts.
5.2 Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. In cases where this is not possible, 99piso may request alternative verified payment details from the User.
5.3 Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 30 minutes of request submission, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 business day.
5.4 99piso does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. Any fees imposed by the User's own bank or payment provider are the User's sole responsibility.
5.5 99piso reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is unusually large or where account activity triggers AML screening protocols. These checks may delay withdrawal processing by up to 5 business days.
5.6 Bonus funds must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal. Real-money funds deposited by the User and not subject to bonus conditions are withdrawable at any time subject to the verification requirements in clause 5.1.
6.1 All games available on the 99piso Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited to ensure fair and random outcomes. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot and RNG table games are available within each game's information panel.
6.2 Live casino games are conducted by trained human dealers via video stream. All live game results are final as determined at the point of play and cannot be challenged on the basis of personal strategy or outcome expectations.
6.3 In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, 99piso will apply its standard dispute resolution procedure. Where a round's outcome cannot be definitively determined, the stake may be returned to the User's account at 99piso's discretion.
6.4 99piso reserves the right to void any bet or game result where there is reasonable evidence of a technical error, software malfunction, or manipulation of game systems.
6.5 Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. Accepted bets are final and will not be amended on the basis of subsequent odds movements.
7.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by 99piso are subject to specific Terms and Conditions communicated at the time of each offer. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
7.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified per promotion.
7.3 Bonuses are issued at 99piso's sole discretion. 99piso reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
7.4 Abuse of promotional offers — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other activity 99piso reasonably determines to be bonus abuse — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
7.5 Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 99piso's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.4 99piso's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Your use of the 99piso Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.
99piso reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of change, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of the 99piso Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by contacting 99piso's support team to seek an amicable resolution.
